1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ChainBytes' website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

ChainBytes provides Bitcoin ATM hardware, software, and related services to operators. Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. All sales are subject to a separate purchase agreement.

3. Operator Responsibilities

Operators are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. ChainBytes provides compliance tools but does not guarantee regulatory compliance.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on this website are the property of ChainBytes or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

ChainBytes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

6. Warranty

ChainBytes ATM hardware is covered by a limited warranty as specified in your purchase agreement. Software is provided “as is” with ongoing updates and support as part of your service agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement as specified in the purchase agreement. Upon termination, your access to the operator dashboard and related services may be suspended.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page.
